The Bosch Rexroth Indramat BTA10.1-NB operator panel is an integral part of the BTA10 Machine Control Boards series, designed to deliver reliable emergency-stop functionality in industrial automation. Manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, the compact module features IP65 ingress protection and a robust varnished aluminum body coated with a chemical-resistant finish. This e-stop module accommodates five standard switches (Off, On, Auto/Local, Start, E-stop) and supports an optional switch, making it a versatile safety solution for the B700 line in heavy-duty production environments. Its primary application is to provide a rapid, fail-safe shutdown of connected machinery to protect personnel and equipment from hazardous conditions.
Incorporating a compact design (119 x 169 x 105 mm) and weighing only 1.2 kg, the BTA10.1-NB ensures easy integration into existing control cabinets and operator stations. The panel is equipped with an RS422 communication interface that enables robust signal transmission in electrically noisy environments, while maintaining a maximum heat loss of 5 W for efficient thermal management. The chemically resistant polyester foil covering the front panel surface (lacquered aluminum) enhances durability against oils and cleaning agents. Internal circuitry supports reliable e-stop performance through a straightforward breaking mechanism that interrupts the control circuit when activated.
Beyond core safety functions, the BTA10.1-NB offers broad environmental compatibility, operating reliably from 5 °C to +45 °C and tolerating transport temperatures between –20 °C and +60 °C. Its IP65 rating shields internal components from dust and water jets, and the module is fully compatible with the BTC06 mobile control terminal for remote operations. The light grey (RAL 7035) finish and standardized mounting footprint simplify installation and maintenance.
