1M Servo Amplifier Cards

The 1M Servo Amplifier Cards series consists of compact amplifier electronics used to drive proportional hydraulic valves, including pressure-control valves that do not require position feedback. The series includes Eurocard-style amplifier cards and related module versions designed for cabinet-based hydraulic control systems. Typical units use an approximate 100 × 160 × 35 mm format, a DIN 41612 F32 connector, and a 24 VDC nominal power supply. Depending on the card version, the output stage is configured for solenoid ratings of either 0.8 A / 20 VA or 2.5 A / 25 W. These amplifier cards provide controlled valve actuation through functions such as adjustable acceleration and deceleration ramps, PWM output regulation, fast solenoid pull-in, and monitor-signal processing. Built for industrial use, the series supports operation up to 70 °C and includes short-circuit protection, LED status indication, and an approximate 50 ms valve response time for a complete signal step.
