LTE Servo Amplifiers

LTE Servo Amplifier Systems are servo amplifier units used in tightening systems to supply and regulate EC motors for controlled fastening operations. These units manage both motor current and motor speed inside the amplifier, making them suitable for tightening spindles and compatible hand-held nutrunners. They are designed to operate as part of a complete tightening channel and are installed in a card rack or system box within the control cabinet. A front-mounted graphic LC display shows process and diagnostic data, including torque, angle, gradient, time, and error messages. Operating status is supported by front LEDs, and the reset function allows the channel to be restarted when required. Tool and spindle interfaces provide the motor output connection along with the necessary control and feedback signals, including serial spindle data and incremental encoder inputs where used. The interlock connection adds a separate safety-related release interruption through an isolated normally closed contact. With three-phase motor output, defined current and cable-length limits, environmental requirements, and IP20 installed protection, the LTE series is built for cabinet-mounted tightening applications that require coordinated motor control and diagnostic visibility.
