VT-KRRA Electric Amplifiers

VT-KRRA Electric Amplifiers are double amplifier cards used to control two direct-operated high-response valves at the same time, including size 6 and size 10 valve versions with electric position feedback. The card accepts ±10 V command inputs and uses controlled output stages to drive the connected valve solenoids. It includes an enable input and short-circuit-proof solenoid outputs for reliable valve operation in hydraulic control systems. Low-power and control signals are connected through two 32-pole DIN 41612 connectors, while valve wiring and the 24 VDC supply are handled through screw plug connections on the handle side of the card. Measurement test points are provided for setup and service checks. The amplifier also supplies ±15 V for the valve position transducer, with supply and current-consumption requirements varying between the size 6 and size 10 card variants. For monitoring and adjustment, the series includes status indication, actual-value cable-break detection, undervoltage and enable indication, and zero-point adjustment for setup and diagnostics.
