Description

The VT-VSPA1K-1-1X-002-15SEC is an innovative valve amplifier product developed by Bosch Rexroth, designed specifically to control proportional pressure valves, but without the need for electrical position feedback. This amplifier, compatible with series 10 to 19 components, features an adaptable differential input, switchable between voltage and current input. The unit, constructed as a 100mm by 160mm Eurocard printed circuit board, connects via a 16-pole terminal strip since it lacks a front plate. The amplifier utilizes a single solenoid as an activation component, equipped with safety measures including cable break detection, short-circuit, and reverse polarity protection. It requires an operating voltage of 24 VDC with a tolerance of +40% and -5 % and consumes a maximum power of 50VA and 1.8A of current. Moreover, it incorporates a ramp generator for shaping the output signal and includes a separate adjustable ramp time for upward and downward movements.
