The VT-VSPA2-1-1X-T5 is a versatile valve amplifier manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. Featuring a board-like form that can be rack-mounted, it offers variable inputs, controlled through a PLC, and it is capable of generating, linking, and standardizing command value signals. The unit houses an LED on the front panel to signal its status and a measuring socket for its current and command values. The amplifier also has five adjustable ramp times, which are configured using several built-in jumpers. The product is designed for installation in a clean environment, free of conductive contaminants, with secure cable placement to prevent potential damage or tripping hazards. Amplifier operation begins with plugging the jumper and using exclusively low capacitance cables. It also requires simultaneous connection or disconnection of both inputs when the differential input is in operation. With two mounting bolts on the front plate and the possibility of using an open cardholder in a control cabinet, the installation process is further simplified. However, handling and commissioning of the device should only be performed by trained personnel to ensure proper care of its electrical components.
