Designed for high-performance applications, it leverages advanced motion algorithms to synchronize up to 4 axes simultaneously. The compact housing includes a 24 V DC power input and on-board intelligence for real-time path generation.
With an integrated CANopen fieldbus interface and support for EtherCAT networks, the CLCP01.1 delivers deterministic cycle times down to 250 µs. Digital expansion includes 8 opto-isolated inputs and 8 transistor outputs for direct I/O handling, plus an embedded RS-232 port for local diagnostics. A cooling-optimized metal enclosure measures 150 x 120 x 55 mm and weighs just 0.8 kg, while the temperature range of 0 … 50 °C covers most industrial environments. Safety is assured by on-board STO (Safe Torque Off) functionality, meeting ISO 13849-1 requirements.
