This control section anchors the framework, delivering synchronized drives communication via a MultiEthernet master channel and native PROFINET IO master support. The device accommodates two Analog Outputs for precise analog signal modulation, enabling smooth feedback loops and process variable adjustments. With a robust housing and intuitive front-panel interface, the unit simplifies commissioning and error diagnostics in demanding industrial environments.



Configured for high-performance regulation, the controller achieves a Cycle Time (Current Control) of 62.5 ms and a Cycle Time (Velocity Control) of 125 ms, ensuring rapid torque loop updates and velocity setpoint convergence. A nominal Inrush Current of 4 A limits startup stress, while sustained Power Consumption is rated at 7.5 kW. Pulse control is defined by a Pulse Width of 100 ms across selectable frequency ranges, and communication with drive loops is secured via a SERCOS fiber optic interface. The controller further supports three supplemental module slots: Slot X4 hosts the primary HSF/RSF Encoder Option, Slot X8 accepts a TTL/1Vpp/EnDat 2.1 Encoder, each consuming 6 W of standby power, and a third empty slot enables future expansion.
