The Bosch Rexroth Indramat CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN1-MEM-NN-S-NN-FW controller is part of the CSH Advanced Controllers series and features 2 analog outputs and is not equipped with a master communication interface. It supports a primary encoder option of Indradyn/Hiperface/1 Vpp/TTL, allowing precise feedback integration. Designed for advanced single-axis position control within the IndraDyn drive system, it delivers high-precision motion control for a variety of industrial automation tasks.
The CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN1-MEM-NN-S-NN-FW is built around a modular architecture, offering three front-accessible slots for optional encoder modules and one dedicated slot for safety modules. Although the safety slot is unpopulated by default, it can accommodate safety I/O, safe motion, safe torque off and starting lockout modules. Out of the three optional module slots, two are occupied by encoder HSF/RSF and encoder Indradyn modules, while the third houses an encoder emulation module. All firmware and operating data reside on a removable memory card, facilitating straightforward updates and parameter backups without disassembly.
Configuration and diagnostics are managed via a RS-232 serial interface for PC-based tools or through a standard control panel, ensuring compatibility with existing automation platforms. The control section consumes 8.5 Watts, each encoder module draws 6 Watts and the emulation module uses 2 Watts, resulting in a total power consumption of 22.5 Watts. Engineered for vertical installation and optimized for energy-efficient operation, this controller enhances system reliability, simplifies maintenance, and provides robust performance in demanding industrial environments.
