The Bosch Rexroth Indramat CSH01.1C-PB-EN1-NNN-MD2-L2-S-NN-FW from the CSH Advanced Controllers series features a high-performance control section with 2 Analog Outputs and native PROFIBUS Master Communication. Its primary feedback is handled by an optional HSF/RSF Encoder Module, enabling precise resolver or digital servo feedback. The unit includes a dedicated safety module supporting the Safe Torque Off function via a D-sub 9-pin female interface, compatible with stranded copper wire sizes of 0.25 to 0.5 mm². An additional digital I/O extension module provides 16 Digital Inputs and 16 Digital Outputs, all galvanically isolated and routed through a D-sub 44-pin high-density interface. Servo feedback is facilitated by an SSI encoder interface on an RJ12 6-pin connector, with a maximum line length of 75 m at 125/250/500 kHz or 40 m at 1000 kHz. The first segment of the SSI connection uses a 1.5 m cable, followed by a custom adapter cable to the encoder.
An HSF/RSF Encoder Module further extends compatibility with resolver-based motors, while integrated PROFIBUS ports require an active terminating resistor on the first and last nodes for reliable network operation. Normally delivered as part of an assembled drive controller, the CSH01.1C-PB-EN1-NNN-MD2-L2-S-NN-FW may also be supplied separately and must be securely mounted onto a power section.
