This advanced control section is optimized for plug-and-play integration with IndraDyn motors and features a compact enclosure designed for DIN-rail mounting. Equipped with firmware tailored to high-speed applications, it supports both machine builders and end-users in achieving precise motion profiling and minimal cycle times. Its modular design allows for future expansion via optional slots and interface modules.



In its base configuration, the unit employs a Parallel Interface master communication link and supports a primary encoder option of Indradyn/Hiperface/1 Vpp/TTL. The controller includes 2 analog outputs, 1 analog input, 11 digital inputs, 4 digital outputs, and an RS232 serial port for legacy integration. The safety option L2 (safe torque off) ensures rapid de-energization of the motor output. It is powered by a 24 V DC supply consuming 7.5 W, while inrush currents are limited to 4 A. A built-in relay contact provides a switching frequency range of 2-16 Hz, and maximum pulse width is capped at 100 ms. Cycle times are adjustable, spanning 125-250 µs for velocity loops, 62.5-125 µs for current loops, and 250-500 µs for position loops.
