The Bosch Rexroth Indramat CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-MA1-MD1-S2-S-NN-FW from the CSH Advanced Controllers series is a high-performance, configurable drive controller featuring a SERCOS Interface master communication protocol and a versatile Indradyn/Hiperface/1 Vpp/TTL primary encoder option. Designed for precision single-axis applications, the controller integrates 2 analog outputs and 1 analog input natively. It supports a dedicated analog I/O extension module that adds 4 ±10 Volt analog channels with 12-bit resolution for fine signal control. The unit’s robust design also facilitates seamless integration with standard control panels and external networked drives for centralized system management.
The analog extension module interfaces through a 15-pin female D-sub connector, while the digital I/O extension module provides 20 channels rated at 24 V via a 25-pin female D-sub interface. Recommended wiring for both modules is stranded copper, 0.08 to 0.5 mm² cross-section, ensuring reliable signal integrity and ease of installation. All I/O modules are hot-plug capable and support real-time diagnostics for rapid fault localization. Native SERCOS synchronization ensures deterministic cycle times and high data throughput, making the unit ideal for servo loops and motion-centric automation.
Safety is built in: the installed safety module delivers comprehensive Safe Motion functionality, including safe stop (SS1, SS2), safe maximum speed, safely-limited increments, safe direction, safely-monitored position, safe homing, and safe braking. The control section operates optimally between 0 °C and 40 °C and up to 1000 m elevation, with performance degradation outside these limits. Commissioning and maintenance are streamlined via the four-button keypad and display, which present operating states, error diagnostics, and parameter adjustments directly on the drive controller.
