The CSH01.3C-NN-EN2-MEM-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW control section is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the CSH Advanced Controllers series. Installed on the front of an IndraDrive power module, the board executes motion profiles, manages feedback, and interfaces with upstream PLCs. By combining signal conditioning and drive logic in one card, it streamlines axis-control tasks in packaging lines, material-handling systems, and other automated equipment. Its design favors compact installations where multiple axes share a common DC bus.

The module provides 1 analog input so the drive firmware can read a single unconditioned voltage or current signal directly from a field sensor. Two separate set-point channels are offered through 2 analog outputs, allowing the controller to forward speed or torque references to auxiliary actuators. All logic and I/O electronics are powered from a dedicated 24 V DC control supply, separating low-level circuitry from the high-energy motor bus. At a base draw of 8.5 W, the board adds only moderate thermal load to a sealed cabinet and can be cooled by natural convection. Mechanical clearance is minimized by a housing width of 103 mm, supporting dense rack arrangements inside drive stacks without obstructing airflow.

Encoder excitation is generated internally at 5 V, matching the requirement of TTL-level incremental encoders and preventing over-voltage stress on sensitive feedback components. The card stands 241 mm high, a dimension that aligns with the standardized IndraDrive frame so wiring harnesses exit at consistent heights across mixed controller types. Digital latch inputs can accommodate pulses up to 100 ms, ensuring reliable edge detection in supervisory routines. For noise suppression on long cable runs, the output zero-volt rail is coupled to ground through a distributed capacitance of 10 nF/m, which limits high-frequency interference and preserves signal integrity for the analog and encoder channels.
