CSH01.3C-SE-EN1-EN2-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW, Bosch Rexroth Indramat, CSH Advanced Controllers opens the way to high-speed, safety-integrated automation. This advanced control system integrates a modular design with three option slots and a dedicated safety module slot, delivering configurable performance for demanding applications. It ships with a preinstalled safe motion safety option and requires a standard control panel to be plugged in prior to power-up. Firmware is ordered separately to tailor the feature set to specific machine-control requirements.
The controller operates as a SERCOS master, supporting a minimum cycle time of 250 μs over its native SERCOS Interface backbone. It accommodates two analog outputs and dual encoder modules—HSF/RSF and EnDat 2.1—while also providing cross-communication between distributed axes. Switching frequencies of 2, 4, 8, 12, and 16 kHz are selectable on the fly, and the device draws 8.5 W from the power section with a typical inrush current of 4 A (100 ms). Individual encoder modules consume 6 W each, the SERCOS interface 2 W, and cross-communication 1 W. The rugged unit is designed for vertical mounting and demands standard ESD precautions during handling.
Integration into IndraDrive systems is seamless: the CSH01.3C-SE-EN1-EN2-CCD-S2-S-NN-FW slots into existing rack frameworks alongside drive electronics. Its modularity and preinstalled safety features accelerate commissioning and reduce cabinet footprint. Engineers benefit from the reliable, high-speed SERCOS network and flexible encoder support, making this controller ideal for multi-axis machine tools, dynamic packaging systems, and other precision automation solutions.
