Mated with a power section, this unit forms an efficient drive controller, facilitating precise motor control. A separately ordered firmware is required for the device's optimized operation. Standard controls and a single-line LCD display presenting target values and operational status ensure easy operation. The unit is equipped with an advanced SERCOS III interface enabling a consistent data transfer. It is designed for exclusive use with approved Bosch devices and offers multiple connection ports including H1 for display connection, X2 for the serial interface, and X7 for memory card insertion storing operational functions and programs. This rigorously vetted model also provides various digital I/O ports requiring external voltage supply at connection points X31.8 and X31.9. Furthermore, it has protected diodes to shield against misconnections and polarity reversals, while the connection points X32.6 to X32.9 serve as 24V, 0.5 A digital outputs for standard information transfer.
