This advanced control system delivers synchronisation and precision through its SERCOS III Master architecture and a versatile Multi-encoder interface. Housed in a compact enclosure, it supports dual Analog Outputs for precise analog feedback loops. The control unit features an encoder emulation interface capable of generating both incremental and absolute (SSI) signals, with galvanic isolation safeguarding the circuit board. A 15-pole multi-encoder interface accepts encoders with 5 V or 12 V supply voltages, accommodating sin-cos (1 Vpp) with Hiperface or EnDat 2.1, as well as MSK/MSM motor encoder formats. Ethernet connectivity is provided via multi-Ethernet modules compliant with IEEE 802.3 standard, supporting SERCOS III, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, and PROFINET IO topologies. Integrated diagnostic LEDs offer real-time status on link integrity and data transmission.
