The CSH02.1B-ET-EC-EC-S4-NN-NN-FW is a motion-logic controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the CSH Advanced Controllers series. It is installed next to IndraDrive power modules where it executes interpolation, trajectory generation, and fieldbus communication so multiple servo axes follow commanded profiles without external PLC intervention. When multi-encoder feedback is required the plug-in reader board adds just 1.1 W, while the multi-Ethernet communication slice increases demand by another 2.7 W; both values help size the cabinet’s 24-volt power budget accurately. Selecting these expansion modules keeps processing inside the controller and avoids external gateways, which simplifies diagnostics and maintains deterministic timing across the drive network engineered by Bosch Rexroth Indramat.
