Under positive excursions the output peaks at 10 V, allowing full-scale reference for most industrial servo drives.

For reverse commands the channel reaches -10 V, completing a symmetric range required by bidirectional axes. The encoder back-plane can furnish up to 12 W of power, and the 12 V rail is regulated so that no terminal exceeds 12.3 V, protecting precision feedback devices from over-voltage. Network integration is handled through the Profibus connector; its differential pair presents 350 Ω of output resistance to match the bus impedance, while a repeater pin can supply 75 mA at 5 V for external line extenders. These hardware limits help the controller maintain clean analog signals, reliable encoder excitation, and deterministic bus communication when installed in high-speed motion platforms.
