The 1070170282 (PPC-R22.1N-N-Q1-V2-NN-FW) is a multi-axis control unit designed for integration with Bosch Rexroth drives such as Diax 04, IndraDrive, and Eco 03. It utilizes Sercos for digital drive communication and operates with Visual Motion GPP 10 firmware for advanced multiaxial control. This unit features an onboard PMF01.1 flash memory card for storage of program data and configuration files, as well as non-volatile NVRam for local program variable, file system, and system parameter management. The housing design is RECO, suitable for DIN rail mounting on RMB02.2 racks. IP20 ingress protection is provided. Communication options include cross communication (DAQ03) and a DeviceNet slave interface (DNS03). The allowable input voltage range is 19.2 to 30 VDC (with ripple factor included), with a rated voltage of 24 VDC and a tolerance of -15% to +20% per EN61131-2:1994. Operative ambient conditions are 5% to 78% humidity and up to 1500 meters altitude. No additional memory expansion is present. Design version is 1.
