The Bosch Rexroth 1070170292 (PPC-R22.1N-T-L2-NN-NN-FW) is a CNC control module from the PPC series, designed for integration with MTS-R01.2 PLC control units. It features optional sockets for an axis processor module, with on-board SRAM for application-specific NC data, which is retained as long as the lithium battery is charged. The module does not support MTC-P or MTC-R active-axis processor modules. Firmware for APR and CPU requires a boot monitor or loader for installation. The device includes a COM diagnosis serial interface and supports a ControlNet fieldbus slave interface (CNS01). It is built in a RECO housing, lacks memory expansion, and operates within a 19.2 to 30 VDC input range (tolerance: -15%/+20%, per EN61131-2 1994), with a rated voltage of 24 VDC. Suitable transport and storage conditions are -25°C to 70°C, with 5% to 95% relative humidity. Operation is recommended by qualified personnel and unsuitable for environments with significant temperature fluctuations.
