The Bosch Rexroth Indramat PPC-R02.2N-N-T2-NN-NN-FW controller is part of the PPC Controllers series, serving as a versatile Control Unit for multi-axis motion and logic control. Featuring an Ethernet 10 Mb Interface, ETH01 and a 24V rated voltage, this 1.3 kg module mounts on TS DIN rails within industrial racks. Designed for machine tools, printing and packaging industries, it orchestrates up to 40 intelligent digital drives in high-performance automation systems.

Equipped with a H1 four-digit display and housed in a compact 83.7×192×150 mm RECO unit, the PPC-R02.2N-N-T2-NN-NN-FW offers clear status feedback and robust mechanical protection at IP20. Its permissible supply range of 19.2…30 VDC (ripple factor included) ensures stable operation under varied line conditions. The design version 2 control unit requires an RMB02.2-02/RMB02.2-04 module carrier for cabinet integration and supports backward compatibility with older GPP firmware via the local bus connection. Memory expansion is not equipped, emphasizing simplicity and reliability.

This control unit communicates over an open EtherNet/IP network based on IEEE 802.3, enabling real-time I/O exchange comparable to ControlNet and DeviceNet protocols. The modular RECO housing allows installation in up to four adjacent racks, with the PPC controller overlooking Reco I/O module errors while providing user monitoring. Firmware is to be ordered separately, enabling tailored feature sets without hardware changes.
