The R911290007 (PPC-R02.2N-N-N1-T2-NN-FW) is a SERCOS controller designed for real-time, high-accuracy motion control applications, capable of managing up to forty devices and supporting operation of multiple Bosch Rexroth Indramat digital drives. This control unit features a RECO unit housing and is installed using an RMB02.2-02 or RMB02.2-04 module carrier. It includes Ethernet 10 Mb (ETH01) and PLS module (NSW01) interfaces, supports a supply voltage of 19.2–30 VDC, has a rated power voltage of 24V, and a maximum current consumption of 1.2A. The unit weighs 1.3 kg, is rated for IP20 protection, and is configured via the VisualMotion Toolkit. It is compatible with Diax 04 and EcoDrive 03 digital servo drivers and is adaptable for operation as an NC controller or PLC based on the application software. Memory expansion is not included, and firmware must be ordered separately.
