The R911291158 (PPC-P01.1A-N-NN-NN-NN-FW), a PC-based, standalone motion and logic control device from Bosch Rexroth, offers the capability to control multiple motion axes simultaneously. Equipped with the GMP 10 firmware, it's compatible with IndraDrive, EcoDrive03, and Diax04 controllers. Communication between digital drives and control is facilitated via the SERCOS interface, and the device ports directly into the PC's PCI slot, automating memory allocation. The system also allows for digital inputs, outputs and communication ports with an optional interface card while including Rexroth Inline I/O modules and VisualMotion Toolkit (VMT). The R911291158 (PPC-P01.1A-N-NN-NN-NN-FW) is capable of connecting up to 40 intelligent drives via the Sercos interface and includes additional features such as a serial interface, up to two Programmable Limit Switch (PLS) option cards, the Link Ring master/slave interfacing, and an optional Master Encoder Card (EMC).
