The Bosch Rexroth R911309031 (PPC-R22.1N-N-G2-V2-NN-FW) is a multi-axis motion and logic controller for up to 40 intelligent digital drives. It utilizes VisualMotion 10 and is equipped with the PPC-R22.1 control which must be paired with separately purchased GPP 10 firmware. The controller can be installed in the Reco 02 rack, deploying Reco 02 I/O modules and runs on a DC 24V link voltage with ripples of 4 Vpp within a 19.2 – 30 VDC range. Its current consumption is 1.2 A at maximum. The product features an in-built real-time clock and is compatible with Rexroth IndraDrive, Diax 04, and EcoDrive 03 digital drives. The model, with an IP 20 rating, has no memory expansion module and weighs approximately 1.3 kg. It utilizes a DeviceNet slave interface and has 4 diagnostic LEDs. The control data stored on a 32MB flash memory card and can function optimally in 0 to +45 °C with 5 – 78% non-condensing humidity.
