The R911311476 (PPC-R22.1N-N-G2-NN-NN-FW) is a control unit for multi-axis motion and logic regulation, intended for stand-alone operation in a RECO housing design. It manages motion control, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and I/O modules, and supports three expansion slots for connectivity. Communication with digital servo drives, such as Diax 04 and EcoDrive 03, is achieved via SERCOS interfacing, accommodating up to 40 digital drives. Visual motion control functions are integrated through the Visual Motion Toolkit (VMT), with DDE and OPC servers facilitating system control. HMI compatibility includes BTC06, BTV04, BTV05, and BTV06. Optional interfaces include Profibus-DP, Interbus, DeviceNet, ControlNet, and EtherNet/IP. The unit does not support memory expansion. Electrical parameters include a rated supply of 24 VDC, with a permissible voltage range of 19.2 to 30 VDC (ripple factor included), and a tolerance of -15% to +20% as per EN61131-2:1994.
