The R911312541 (PPC-R22.1N-N-V2-P1-NN-FW) by Bosch Rexroth is an advanced industrial motion control unit, designed for automation applications and is compatible with Eco 03, IndraDrive, and Diax 04 digital drives. This control unit utilizes the Reco 02 form factor and Visual Motion Logic software. Data exchange is performed through the Local Reco 02 backplane bus. Connection with digital servo drives is handled via the Sercos interface. Multiple coordinated and non-coordinated motion are executed along various axes, using the Visual Motion GPP 10 firmware. The device has three expansion slots allowing three Ethernet connections and supports installation of several types of Fieldbus Slave Interface Cards. Equipped with advanced diagnostic capabilities, it also accommodates adjustments of various parameters, made possible by the Rexroth Visual Motion Toolkit software. The device works optimally in temperatures between 5°C and 45°C and complies with IP20 ingress protection standards. It weighs 1.4 kg and is compatible with BTV06, BTV04, and BTV05 Human Machine Interface panels.
