The Bosch Rexroth Indramat VT-HNC100-1-13/140 controller represents a robust addition to the VT-HNC Digital Axis Controllers series, specifically designed for precise axis motion control in advanced industrial automation applications. This compact unit measures 71 x 155 x 204 mm for the 1-axis version and 106.5 x 155 x 204 mm for 2-/3-axis configurations, with weights ranging from 1.0 kg to 1.2 kg. Operating on an 18–36 VDC supply, the controller consumes only 8 W (excluding attached sensors and actuators), ensuring energy-efficient performance. Its embedded memory includes 1 MB Flash EPROM, 8 KB EEPROM, and 256 KB RAM, providing ample storage for control programs and configuration data. The standard RS232 interface and optional Profibus DP and CANopen communication channels enable seamless integration into existing automation networks.



The VT-HNC100-1-13/140 delivers versatile analog and digital I/O capabilities for high-precision feedback and command signal processing. It features 4 channels of ±10 V analog inputs with 200 kΩ input resistance (±2%), alongside 4 channels of ±10 V analog outputs supporting ±10 mA drive current. Four 4–20 mA current inputs (100 Ω input resistance, ±0.2% accuracy) accommodate industrial sensor signals. Configurable 8/16/24 switching inputs accept logic levels of ≤5 V (low) and ≥10 V (high), while 8/16/24 switching outputs provide ≤2 V logic signals at up to 50 mA per channel. Dual inductive transducer inputs (2 Veff, 30 mA max, short-circuit protected) allow direct connection of position sensors. Core processing is handled by a 16/32-bit MC68376 CPU, delivering sufficient computational power for complex motion algorithms.

The compact footprint and flexible I/O options simplify retrofitting into hydraulic, pneumatic, or electric axis systems.
