The VT-HNC100-1-1X-132-3 is a robust digital axis controller from Bosch that's customized for closed-loop industrial applications, including machine tools, rail-bound machines, plastics processing, presses, transfer lines and specialty machinery. With multi-functional capabilities, it can function as a pressure/force controller with features like a PIDT1-controller, differential pressure evaluation and a self-scanning rate. As a position controller, it offers features like a PIDT1 controller, linear gain characteristic curve, command value feedforward, fine positioning, among others. The unit also supports PI-controller when operating as a velocity controller. It enables various monitoring functions, including dynamic following error, and cable break monitoring for sensors and encoders.

Operating at 18 to 36 Volts DC, the control comes equipped with an integrated RS-232 serial interface and is programmable through the WIN-PED software, available free on the Bosch website. This software requires a Windows-operated PC with at least 8 MB RAM and 10 MB storage space. The VT-HNC100-1-1X-132-3 operates within a temperature range of 0 to 50 degrees Celsius, and can be stored in temperatures from -20 to 70 degrees Celsius.
