The VT-HNC100-1-1X-134, developed by Bosch Rexroth, is a high-efficiency digital axis control unit with a built-in axis controller. This hydraulic controller is capable of executing various control functions including position, pressure, velocity, and force control. Requiring 24V DC to function, this 0.6 kg device is shielded in a polyamide plastic housing partially resistant to UV rays. In compliance with EN 60529, it meets the IP 20 protection class specification, preventing penetration of foreign objects above 12mm in diameter. Furthermore, it has an efficient booting time of less than 15 seconds. The unit has operational and fault-detecting LEDs, and preventative measures against undesirable conditions like undervoltage and short-circuits. It allows for data storage and retrieval through an SD memory card, and contains a memory for logging previous errors and diagnostic messages accessible via Bosch Rexroth's user-friendly IndraWorks software.
