The VT-HNC100-1-1X-1A0-LENK01 is a Bosch Rexroth digital axis control designed for closed loop operations of hydraulic drives. This device, noted for its rugged resistance to shock and vibration, is primarily used in machine tools, transfer systems, presses, and plastics processing machines. It allows protected operation via password and supports 1 hydraulic axis which utilizes an absolute or incremental measurement system. It functions efficiently within a temperature range of 0°C-50°C and is equipped with multiple freely configurable controller variants. Importantly, installation strictly requires vertical orientation inside a control cabinet. Prior to use, it must be inspected for properly installed plug and seal connectors. The product, known for its perforated casing, must use cables with the necessary number of wires for connections and it’s housing sports a nameplate with vital technical data. The front of the unit boasts multiple LED displays and an address switch. Product operation needs to be initiated only after proper seating of its plug-in connectors. The device can operate effectively under adverse environmental conditions. It connects via a 3m cable to an RS 232 serial interface and comes with a year-long warranty.
