The VT-HNC100-1-2X/W-08-0-D is a digital axis control by Bosch Rexroth that specializes in controlling single-axis functions with programmable closed-loop mechanisms. Designed for wall mounting, it features an inbuilt NC program for function sequences and communicates efficiently with a PC, SPS controller, or identical controls. Its interior construction assures durability and stability. The unit is equipped with a 16-bit or 32-bit MC68376 processor and doesn’t need bus connections. Parameterization and programming are performed through WIN-PED software on a computer, and a built-in reset button and dual knobs for setting the address and baud rate enhance its functionality. It has dedicated connectors for its analog and digital outputs/inputs and employs a digital measuring system. The VT-HNC100-1-2X/W-08-0-D also applies closed-loop control for electrohydraulic and electromechanical axes, and the ability to rapidly exchange data using a control box or panel.
