The VT-HNC100-1-2X/W-08-C-0-INK2 is a digital single-axis controller designed by Bosch Rexroth, equipped with a counter interface. This control features various functions, including fine positioning, state feedback, command value feed forward, and gain modification. Distinguished for its resistance to climatic extremes, shock, and vibrations, it is adaptable to a broad array of presses, such as drawing, roof tile, and tile presses. The unit incorporates specialized NC commands exclusive to the hydraulic axis of the device. It also has an accessible parameterizing process due to the proprietary WIN-PED software. The control's communication is facilitated through two connectors and a RS 232 interface connected via the X4 connector. The technology’s flexibility is enhanced by two analog voltage or current input interfaces for open-loop drive control, and eight additional analog inputs are available for flexible application in NC programs. NC programs are stored in flash memory using a serial interface connection and all machine data and parameters must be defined for successful use. For resolution, this device offers a 5μA for analog current inputs. The product, sized at 204 x 155 x 71mm, requires connections to all channels via a jumper for full simultaneous use.
