Description

The VT-HNC100-2-2X-W-16-P-A by Bosch Rexroth is a top-quality digital axis controller designed for rigorous industrial requirements and applications including railcars, transfer lines, machine tools, and plastic processing machinery. Adhering to EC regulations, the controller hosts a programmable NC control for an axis with closed-loop control, using an incremental transducer with an input voltage of 0 to 1V. The VT-HNC100-2-2X-W-16-P-A has a maximum data width of 28 bits via an SSI transducer. With a functioning voltage range of 18 to 36VDC and 8W power consumption (excluding additional power for connected actuators or sensors), it also contains four analog voltage outputs with a range of -10V to +10V and output currents of +10mA. Incorporated are four analog impedance inputs with an input resistance exceeding 10 Mohms and a non-linearity under 1mohms. Using a 16/32 Bit MC68376 processor, it can operate in temperature between 0 to +50 degrees Celsius. Both current and voltage inputs can be utilized simultaneously through a single pin. Prior to shipping, functionality tests are performed to ensure optimal performance. Sold internationally by Indramat USA, it comes accompanied with a one-year warranty period.
