The VT-HNC100-2-3X-P-I-E0-G02 is an advanced control for dual hydraulic axes, developed by Bosch. Offering easy programmability via the WIN-PED software, user can easily configure and optimize operations. Key connectivity accessories include various Phoenix type Mating connectors for both the X8M, X2A, X2D, and X1S, ensuring uninterrupted data communication. Recommended additional equipment encompasses a 3-meter serial cable, a USB to serial converter, analog signal cables and a specific connector for Profibus DP. The control unit is also equipped with an incremental/SSI position transducer and supports TCP/IP along with synchronized 2-axis control. When utilized as a pressure or force controller, it supports PIDT1 controller, pressure differential analysis and scan time among others. Operating as a velocity controller, it backs PI controller function. Moreover, it comes with dynamic tracking, error monitoring, traverse range limits and cable break monitoring for both encoders and sensors.
