The VT-HNC100-3-3X/E-I-00/000 is a digital NC controller from Bosch Rexroth, capable of managing up to three hydraulic axes. Designed for challenging operation environments, this control unit is programmable via the computer-based WIN-PED software (version 7), compatible with Windows XP and Windows 7. A computer for this purpose should have at least 100 MBs of free hard drive space and 512 MBs of RAM, along with a serial RS-232 interface for effective communication with the control unit. The WIN-PED software, while not included in the package, can be acquired for free from the Bosch website or via CD-ROM. The controller operates at 18 to 30 Volts DC and has a current draw of 3 Amps. It features an Ethernet/IP bus connection and incremental/SSI position transducer. Weighing 1083 grams and measuring 120 x 105 x 118 millimeters, it installs on a top hat rail and can operate within a temperature range of 0 to 50 degrees Celsius.
