The VT-HNC100-3-3X/P-I-00/000 is an advanced, programmable NC system engineered by Bosch Rexroth for closed loop controlled axis control. It is designed to handle modern drive control systems and provides accurate execution of the closed loop feedback for both hydraulic and electrical drives. Built to withstand harsh environments, this model offers high immunity against electrical interference, vibration, and shock. The system is equipped with advanced controllers to regulate velocity, position, and pressure. Its position controller is outfitted with synchronization and intermediate electronics that are integrated with commercial NC controls. The velocity controller is a PI-type, equipped with an infrared component for cut-in and cut-out through the window, while the pressure controller uses a PIDT1 controller system for differential evaluation of pressure. Additionally, the system can monitor cable breaks for installed sensors and incremental encoders.
