The VT-HNC100-4-3X/E-I-00/000 is a prominent component of Bosch Rexroth's VT-HNC100 series, engineered for integration with hydraulic axes. This digitally programmable NC control can manage up to four operated electro-hydraulic axes. The unit connects to superior controls through an Ethernet-compatible bus system (PROFINET RT), and programming is facilitated with a PC and the WIN-PED® software (version 6 or higher). Control implementation capabilities include position, pressure, force, and velocity, as well as position-related braking. The controller doesn't support synchronization but includes incremental/SSI position transducer functionality. Along with 11 freely configurable digital inputs and outputs, the controller can be customized to suit the specific axes requirements using the free, downloadable software. The VT-HNC100-4-3X/E-I-00/000 features rapid Ethernet connections with a 2-millisecond cycle time, a maximum data transfer rate of 100 Mbps full-duplex, and an utmost cyclic I/O data capacity of 992 bytes. Recommended accessories for enhanced performance include an RS-232 interface cable, USB to RS-232 converter, an analog signals connection cable set, and a plug-in connector for Profibus DP.
