The VT-HNC100-4-3X-P-I-E0-G04 is a Bosch Rexroth digital axis controller crafted to suit four controlled axes. Created to meet specifications for hydraulic drive closed-loop control, it is designed to operate under potentially harsh conditions. Its uses span diverse areas like machine tools, plastics processing machines, presses, transfer systems, and custom machines. It supports technology functions such as synchronization, positioning, sequence programming, differential pressure control, and cams, and can be programmed via PC using the WIN-PED software. It also features a Profibus DP bus connection, TCP/IP, incremental/SSI position transducer, and 4-axis synchronization support. It requires WIN-PED version 7 for programming, available from the Bosch Rexroth website or on a purchasable CD-ROM. The RS-232 and TCP/IP interfaces allow program transfer from PC. Notable software features include password protection, controller scan times adjustment, variable NC processing speed, and NC language with subroutine technology. The controller is mounted on a 35mm top hat rail and is compatible with the EMC directive 2004/108/EC and EMVG. It operates on an 18-30V DC power supply with less than 1.5Vpp ripple, running optimally between 0-50 degrees Celsius. Suitable storage temperatures range from -20 to 70 degrees Celsius, and it carries a one-year global warranty from Indramat USA. It should be handled by experienced personnel only.
