The VT-HNC100-C-3X-S-S-00-000 is a robust digital axis control device from Bosch Rexroth. It works on an operating voltage ranging between 18VDC and 30VDC and exhibits a residual ripple of less than 1.5Vpp. Featured with an SSI position transducer, it does not facilitate synchronization. This device boasts separate connectors each having eight pins for analog and digital inputs and outputs, while also containing unused reserved pins. Stored best in a dry, humidity-free setting with temperatures between -20°C and 70°C, the device is designed in a perforated housing format susceptible to the entry of dust or fluids. Installation is required in an environment devoid of electrically conductive contaminants with optimal visibility of its nameplate exhibiting key information. Consuming roughly 500mA current at 24VDC, the device is designed to be assembled on a top hat rail. The SSI transducer supports an RS 485 line receiver or line driver and adjustable data width of up to 28 bits.
