VT-HPC Piston Pump Controllers

VT-HPC Piston Pump Controllers are Bosch Rexroth digital control electronics used to regulate axial piston pumps in industrial hydraulic systems. The VT-HPC series is designed for pressure and swivel-angle control, with operating modes that support pressure regulation, swivel-angle regulation, combined pressure/swivel-angle operation, flow control, and direct valve control. Command values can be provided through bus communication, analog inputs, or an internal PLC program, depending on the system configuration. Actual values can be sent back through the controller’s communication and I/O interfaces for integration with higher-level machine controls. The platform includes monitoring for conditions such as undervoltage, communication faults, sensor cable breaks, output short circuits, controller deviation, electronics temperature, and overcurrent. Optional IEC 61131-3 PLC functionality, along with parameterization and diagnostic support, makes the series suitable for demanding hydraulic applications such as presses, transfer systems, and special-purpose machines.
