Part of the CDB Control Units, this control section includes probe type digital inputs rated at 3 mA/24 V and features Encoder Indradyn/Hiperface/1 Vpp/TLL interface options.
It integrates a circular 9-pin RS232 serial interface with transmit and receive pins supporting a minimum 9.6 kBaud rate and galvanic isolation via up to 15 m of cabling. The unit lights H11 and H13 LEDs green on network connection and requires an external supply via X31 for its digital I/O.
