The Bosch Rexroth Indramat CDB01.1C-SE-ENS-EN2-EN2-NNN-S2-S-NN-FW from the CDB Control Units series is a versatile motion controller featuring SERCOS Interface master communication with a 1000 µs SERCOS cycle period. It supports Encoder IndraDyn/Hiperface/1 Vpp/TLL (Option 1) and EnDat 2.1/1 Vpp/TLL (Options 2 and 3). The unit provides 22 digital inputs, 4 digital outputs, 1 analog input, 2 analog outputs and consumes 9 W. Control loops achieve 125 µs current, 250–500 µs speed and 500–1000 µs position response. A standard control panel is included, and PWM frequency is adjustable in 2 kHz steps from 2 kHz to 8 kHz. The model also integrates an S2 (safe motion) option and requires separate firmware purchase.
