The R911257397 (DDC01.1-K100A-DA01-00) drive controller integrates with a single-axis positioning module to form a standalone single-axis positioning controller. With over 3,000 program blocks, each defining one motion sequence or specified input/output rate, this high-functioning device utilizes standard module software located in the feedback module of MDD motors. The model's user-specific parameters are adjusted on-site to align with system values, offering optimal operational flexibility. This unit also employs auxiliary plug-in cards (DEA 4.1, DEA 5.1, and DEA 6.1) to facilitate binary signal exchanges. The Inter-bus S interface module, DBS 2.2, allows network connection while operating with the DLC 2.1 single-axis positioning module. Additionally, INDRAMAT’s specified configuration parameters guide usage. With an IP 65 protection class, the maintenance-light drive controller is contamination-tolerant and comes with a one-year global warranty from Indramat USA.
