The R911258919 (DDC01.1-K100A-D) is a microprocessor-controlled, three-phase digital Ac drive controller, manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. Offered in a modular or compact housing design, this unit is equipped with an IP10 and IP65 protection category. Functions such as monitoring, parameterization and diagnosis are executed by a high-resolution measurement signal processor. The controller parameters and DSM software module are customized to coincide with the servo motor and machine system. Should a drive controller replacement be necessary, transferring the software module to the new controller will restore the previous control settings. When the DLC 1.1 single-axis positioning module is utilized, the drive controller is an intelligent single-axis positioning controller that can be installed directly to the feed unit due to its IP 65 protection class. This unit is fully configured with components and comes with a one-year global warranty from Indramat USA.
