The Bosch Rexroth R911266489 (DDC01.1-K200A-DL02-01-FW) is a three-phase current drive, designed for direct mounting to a forward feed unit. The product is maintenance-free and operates by allowing the unrestricted flow of cool air in and out. Power connections are made through the X7 connector, while optional plug-in modules and the motor feedback cable are connected underneath. Special care should be taken in installation to maintain the IP 65 protection rating. The drive must be vertically oriented, and an LED status display shows error signals, with a fault reset button located above. The product is well-suited for sequential finishing systems, and a dynamic braking action halts connected synchronous motors. Parameterization is completed through a CTA display and programming unit, with input and securement of parameters done via the Motion Manager editor and communications program, post-power-on.
