The R911270255 (DDC01.1-K150A-DS03-02-FW) is an DDC 1.1 air-cooled drive unit by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. With a rated capacity of 150 A, it operates at frequencies between 50 and 60 Hertz and has a Class A classification. Given that it is not ideal for residential or light industrial usage, a radio interference suppression filter is necessary to manage interference. Its input voltage is three-phased at 220 or 230 V, and it has a 4 kHz PWM frequency. Its integrated bleeder resistor that can cause heating is a safety concern, meaning the unit should be placed at least 300 mm from flammable materials. Any blockage of its air outlets or failure to monitor the cable bend radius could impede functionality. In case of detected faults and subsequent braking, the energy held by the unit is dissolved by its inbuilt bleeder. Its connecting voltage is modified to match the mains voltage through a transformer which functions best at 40 degrees Celsius. An isolating transformer is advisable for atypical mains conditions and control enclosure installations.
