The Bosch R911270308 (DDC01.1-K050A-DS01-02-FW) servo drive is a single-axis, brushless, digital controller intended for three-phase current applications. This sophisticated unit features a user-friendly programming language, CTA programming keypad and up to 3000 program blocks. It has a current capacity of 50 Amps, while the inbuilt advanced signal processor allows digital drive control and monitoring. The compact design includes a main rectifier combined with the module and can be installed directly into a feed-forward unit. Parameters are stored in the software module for ease of use with compatible mechanical systems, drive controllers, and machines, reducing the need for re-tuning in case of replacement. The module has input/output auxiliary interfaces with 15 inputs and 16 outputs each and offers extensive diagnostic features. The heat is dissipated externally, ensuring careful mounting is essential. The servo drive comes with a one-year global warranty from Indramat USA.
