The Rexroth Indramat R911272335 (DDC01.2-N100A-DS04-03-FW) is a digital drive controller with an overall weight of 22 kg. Specifically designed for vertical mounting, it measures 517.5mm in height, 165mm in width, and 298mm in depth. Its front panel boasts vital components such as a configuration rating plate, slots for plug-in cards, status display, RS-232 serial interface, analog I/O interfaces, and a motor feedback connection. A fault reset key is also conveniently placed. Programming and configuration can be executed via a computer or VT-100 terminal connected through the serial interface. The controller also carries an IP 65 protection category rating for its housing, power terminal connector, motor power terminal, and NC control unit interface. Constantly rated at 100 Amps, it features a standard noise emission, digital servo based motor feedback, an inbuilt DC bus converter, and a bleeder resistor, which warms up during operation. The controller is maintenance-free, but in dirty environments, regular check of the heatsink is advised. The controller also includes a mains contactor for disconnecting power.
