The Bosch Rexroth drive controller R911264428 (DKR 3.1-W200Z-BE37-00) supports motors utilizing both resolver and digital servo feedback. Enclosure guards and covers must be in place before power-up, and the controller requires secure integration to prevent accidental contact. The controller is equipped for digital control of AC main spindles, frameless spindles, and linear motors and provides extensive speed range and consistent power output. It features a SERCOS command interface, integrated brake resistor, main contactor, built-in blower cooling, and five slots for plug-in cards. Maximum regenerative power is approximately 30 kW. The device is rated for operation up to 55°C with derated parameters and complies with IP20 protection standards.
