The Bosch Rexroth drive controller, MPN R911272986 (DKR02.1-F300N-BE06-01-FW), is designed for use in three-phase external conductor or grounded star systems. It features a SERCOS command interface, supports digital servo and resolver feedback, and operates with a nominal current of approximately 300A. The unit requires liquid cooling, must maintain a 10mm clearance inside the cabinet, and needs minimum air circulation of 300m³/h with filtered inlets. Shock resistance is rated at 4.8g for 10ms. For optimal signal integrity, signal and power cables should be separated by at least 100mm, with a maximum motor cable length of 75m. It is configured without an internal bleeder or brake chopper, and is fitted with a front-panel X2 connector for PC or VT-100 terminal access, H1 LED status display, and an S1 reset button. The power connection should not be routed through an FI circuit breaker. Installation is suitable up to elevations of 1,000m.
